Check eligibility for split payments
If you choose to pay in instalments, you will see a “Check eligibility” option during the booking process.
After clicking this option, you may be asked to complete a short verification step, which includes:
This verification is requested only after you choose to check eligibility and applies exclusively to split payments.
Guests who choose to pay in full are not required to complete this step.
The process is secure and confidential and helps us offer flexible payments without involving banks or lenders.

Enjoy your stay — first
This is where VOYARS works differently from traditional platforms.
You enjoy your entire stay first.
There are no payments due during your vacation.
- Your first instalment is scheduled 15 days after check-out.
This means:
- you never pay instalments for an experience you haven't completed,
- your trip is fully behind you before the payment plan begins, and
- there is no pressure while you travel.

Settle the balance over time
The remaining 50% is settled over your chosen plan:
3 or 6 equal monthly instalments,
a fixed service fee of 1.5% per month, applied only to the deferred amount,
the total cost shown clearly and upfront before you confirm.
There are:
- no compounding fees,
- no late surprises, and
- no changes once your plan is confirmed.
What you see is exactly what you pay.

What happens if plans change?
If you cancel your stay before arrival:
- your booking is cancelled in full,
- a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total booking value applies,
- the remaining amount is refunded, and
- the refund is processed within 30 calendar days.
The cancellation fee is calculated on the total value of the stay, not only on the initial payment.
This policy ensures clarity and fairness for all parties involved.
