Verified properties and clear standards
All properties listed on VOYARS are:
- selected through a structured onboarding process,
- verified for accuracy, quality, and reliability, and
- contractually bound to meet our platform standards
If a property does not meet the agreed conditions, VOYARS steps in to manage the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.
Guest documentation before check-in
In line with local regulations across Europe, property owners may be required to register adult guests with local authorities.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email approximately 15 days before check-in requesting identification details for all adult guests included in the booking.

All documents are handled securely and used solely for legal and operational purposes.
Travel protection cover included
To add an extra layer of reassurance, bookings made through VOYARS include travel protection cover, designed to safeguard your booking in case of serious issues with the property.
The travel protection covers 100% of the total booking value, up to a maximum of £50,000 per booking. If the total cost of the stay exceeds £50,000, coverage applies up to the £50,000 limit.
This protection is in place to ensure that your booking is financially protected — not just contractually promised.
How the protection works
In the unlikely event that something goes wrong during your stay, the process is clear and accessible:
Report the issue as soon as possible
On our website, you’ll find a clearly visible “Report an issue” button, available throughout your stay. This allows you to notify VOYARS immediately if a problem arises.
Document the situation
- photos or videos,
- audio recordings (where relevant), and
- a clear written description of the issue.
This structured process ensures objectivity, fairness, and timely resolution.
