- listings without a clear legal and operational structure
Each property goes through a documentation review, including:
- ownership or management contracts
- property registration where required
- identity verification of the owner or managing entity
This step ensures that:
- the property exists as described
- the person renting it has the legal authority to do so
- contracts and payments are enforceable
Our validation combines remote verification with local professional checks when needed.
This may include:
professional photo and video reviews
floor plans and layout confirmation
consistency checks between listing details and documentation
local partners for on-site validation in key destinations

Every property must meet our minimum standards for:
- cleanliness and maintenance
- accurate descriptions and imagery

Properties that fail to meet these standards are either:
- rejected during onboarding, or
- removed if standards are not consistently maintained

If a property does not meet expectations:
